Catamount Ski Resort is only 2 miles away & Butternut Ski Basin is just a 20 minutes drive from our door. Both centers are family-oriented & have excellent ski schools. Cross-country trails, snow-shoeing & snowmobiling are in numerous locations throughout the area. Flickers has discount ski-lift tickets for Catamount for each guest & mid-week discount packages are available during non-holiday weeks.
Dining
Right down the street, a block away is the Aubergine, a highly regarded gourmet restaurant that has earned the only Four Star rating in Columbia County from the Mobil Travel Guide. In addition there are several fine restaurants & a charming old diner just a walk away. At the MA border, just 2 miles east is the Swiss Hutte with it's old world charm.
